        <summary>If recall correctly, Milwaukee and Madison got into the punk picnic thing, later than the other neighboring scenes like Minneapolis or Chicago at the time. Or we were right there with the wave of them? I don't remember. They were quite fun though, without, ironically, music “getting” in the way.
